Helping children & adults with POTS, EDS, & complex chronic conditions feel like themselves again
But chances are, the advice you’ve gotten hasn’t addressed the whole picture.
Maybe you’ve been bounced between specialists, each focused on a single symptom.
Maybe you’ve been told it’s “just anxiety.”
Maybe you’ve tried to follow generic plans that only made things worse.
You know there’s more to the story.
Deep down, you trust your body—and you know it’s not broken. With the right support, it can heal, adapt, and get stronger. You want to move your body and feel confident exercising again—you just need a strategy that’s actually built around your unique needs, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating dizziness, fatigue, and pain from POTS, EDS, and other complex chronic conditions. Instead of chasing isolated symptoms, I take a whole-body approach that connects the dots. Together, we’ll build a plan that’s practical, personalized, and aligned with your goals—so you can start feeling like yourself again.
Struggling to get out of bed in the morning because you’re dizzy & exhausted
Constantly calling in sick to school or work and feeling like you're falling behind
Too tired to exercise—or crashing when you try
Fighting brain fog that makes it hard to think, focus, or finish tasks
Feeling isolated because you keep canceling plans
Wondering if you’ll ever feel independent again
Waking up clear-headed and excited for the day ahead
Staying on top of school or work—even when life gets unpredictable
Following a simple, energizing exercise routine that works with your body
Thinking clearly and getting things done with more ease and confidence
Reconnecting with friends and showing up for plans you actually feel well enough to enjoy
Feeling empowered to live life on your terms—while knowing it’s okay to ask for help when needed
As a teenager, I woke up one morning feeling dizzy, exhausted, and like I was going to pass out. Weeks turned into months of searching for answers—bouncing from doctor to doctor, only to be told I had anxiety, was faking it, or was just trying to skip school. I wasn’t. I was missing out on everything I loved, struggling in school, and losing hope.
Finally, I found a provider who believed me. She connected me with the right team, and step by step, I was able to fully recover from POTS and regain my life.
Now, I help people with complex conditions navigate their health journey with the expert care, guidance, and validation they deserve—so they can go from surviving to thriving.
“Sarah is truly wonderful. She helped me better understand my POTS and gave me many tools to help that I now use everyday. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She will not only help you with your POTS, she will cheer you on and help you achieve your dreams. If you do everything she advises, your life will change. Mine did!”

The first step is simple—request an evaluation and I’ll reach out to you to make sure we’re a good fit to work together.
We’ll discuss your health history, current challenges, and goals. I’ll also assess movement, symptoms, and underlying conditions.
We’ll develop a plan that works for you—one that is realistic, effective, and sustainable.
I cannot recommend Sarah enough. The improvements I have experienced have truly exceeded my expectations. Exercise used to be something that made my POTS symptoms worse. I went from dreading my 15 minutes on the supine bike to relying on it to make me feel better. In the 6 years since my diagnosis, I have never felt in more control of my POTS.
I cannot thank Sarah enough for helping me get my life back. This has been a life-changing experience and I look forward to the many more milestones I will achieve as I continue to work with her. I know for certain I would not be where I am today without investing my time and effort into this program.

This kind of change is possible with the right support —
and a plan that fits your life.
Prior to seeing Sarah, POTS controlled my life. Simple daily tasks like getting out of bed felt like climbing a mountain. And as someone in their early 20s, this had me feeling helpless. After various exercise routines yielding no results, I was feeling defeated. Then I found Sarah.
She not only has excellent knowledge, but she truly understands what it is like to deal with POTS. She works with you as part of a team, and genuinely cares about your input instead of just giving you a list of things to do.
